For those of you who don’t know me, I am Isaac. I grew up in Conway, South Carolina where I attended Langston Baptist Church. I’ve always lived a fairly simple lifestyle.
I graduated from the University of South Carolina May 7th, 2021.
I completed a Discipleship Training School in Mazatlan, Mexico through Youth With a Mission (YWAM) in 2021.
A Discipleship Training School is a part lecture and part outreach program that gives you the tools and knowledge to learn more about yourself and God. It also provides a hands on experience of international missions. My lecture phase was in Mazatlan, Mexico and I went on outreach to the Dominican Republic.
Since then, I have have returned to the Dominican Republic for a three week mission trip and am currently preparing for a month long mission trip to Mexico.
First, I would like your prayers.
Secondly, I would like your encouragement.
Lastly, I need funding. I am so thankful to Langston Baptist Church in Conway, SC for being my rock and working with me. I grew up in this church. I am sure that without a doubt, God is still using the people at Langston to inspire me to embark on this journey.
Langston will be collecting all donations so that it is one less thing for me to try and keep up with. All donations are fully tax deductible Give (langstonbaptist.com).
I will be blogging as often as my schedule allows and dependent on availability of WIFI.
I hope that you will travel with me through this blog. I hope that we can stay connected through the Contact Tab (IAM41:9: Contact Me (iam419.com)) in the blog. I hope that you find encouragement in your faith that there are still young people in this world who actually care about this mystery we know as The Gospel.
